Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are an innovative, tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a “people person”, with outgoing personality and great customer service skills. You should have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community and be able to act as the face and voice of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and grow the company’s presence through social media and public relations tools;
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies;
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts, writing and producing presentations, press releases, newsletters, leaflets, brochures;
- Monitor, analyze and report on feedback, online reviews, media coverage;
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness;
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new products and features;
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in journalism, communication, marketing or relevant field;
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, blog, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an e-mail newsletter);
- Experience with social media management for brands;
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (traffic, engagement etc.);
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills;
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels;
- English – advanced level.
