Job Description
– Gestionează cu succes planificarea și coordonarea evenimentelor și grupurilor corporative;
– Asigură faptul că evenimentele hotelului sunt executate cu un nivel consistent și ridicat al serviciilor pe parcursul tuturor fazelor de planificare, evenimente și post-evenimente;
– Coordonarea atenta cu toate departamentele, clienții și furnizorii hotelului implicat; răspunde de succesul evenimentului, din toate punctele de vedere;
– Pregateste toate documentele standard legate de eveniment si coordoneaza evenimentul cu toate departamentele hoteliere corespunzatoare;
– Recunoaște oportunitățile de a îmbunătăți experiența evenimentelor prin servicii de upselling în faza de eveniment pre-eveniment care satisface și depășește satisfacția clienților și bugetul.
Candidate Profile
Excellent knowledge of event planning and operations;
Eexcellent knowledge of hotel and products;
Strong English skills;
Opera knowledge;
Fflexible person, opened, creative;
Great communication skills.
