Job Description

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being attentive to guests
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests request
  • Understand and anticipate guests needs
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience;
  • Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations;
  • Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non hotel related;
  • To be fully conversant and able to operate the hotel front office system;
  • To be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotel sales;
  • Provide consistent personal services which including first welcome, overall check in experience, concierge services, offers and serves Food and Beverages

Candidate Profile


• Strong communication skills;
• Minim 1 year experience in front office
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Team player
• Customer oriented
