Job Description
• As Sales Account Manager you will be directly responsible for:
. Achieving sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel;
• Initiates and coordinates marketing research in order to set up and develop the Sales Strategy/Plan;
• Responsible for the proactive sales effort with all existing key accounts and with all potential accounts that are active and produce volume in out market;
• Responsible for keeping constant contact with the Room Division, Reservations and Food and Beverage Departments to ensure that guests are handle in the best possible manner;
Candidate Profile
Business and profit oriented, driven by results, strategically developer, customer focus, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent sales abilities, strong people management and development skills;
• Personality: Dynamic, innovative, creative, persuasive, proactive, enthusiastic and positive, good team player;
• Experience: Relevant experience of 3/5 years in a similar position; preferably within an international hotel company;
• Required Educational Level: University Degree in Economics; additional Sales and Marketing courses is an advantage;
• Languages: English is a must, a second European language (French or German) is an advantage;
• Computer proficiency.
